You forgot OS/2.

I believe there is a location in Russia that did succeed in compiling
Scott's original code release, at least for Squish.  Most of the rest of us
were interested in an eventual port to Linux....  I'm interested in both
OS/2 and Linux versions for now, and wouldn't mind a Win32 version....  At
the time, the Open Watcom compiler was still being worked on.....  There
are more options now.....

At the moment I don't think any one is setup to do it....
