The Elebbs var was in sets.bat remember?

And for me telnet is just dialup because I use Com/IP which lets me emulate
com-ports that are actually telnet nodes.

If you are going to do a dialup without something like Com/IP then you will
probably be using eleserv's telnet server functionality. That calls
elebbs.exe directly. No bats at all.
