I'm currently a fan of Frame Relay although 16meg SMDS looks quite nice 
albeit v. expensive. Interesting fault yesterday. One of the FR links went 
down at work. C&W swore blind they had no alarm up but I couldn't get the 
router paths up regardless of what I did. I even went and checked that no-one 
had pulled the cable out.
Turns out someone at C&W had re-assigned the bandwidth. Nice.
