Adn that is the Reasonm they are jumping through the Hoops of getting an
Official Tribla Police Force and settign uopp Offical Tribla Courts.
THEIR tribal LAW has NO teeth i nit excpet for the Distribution of On
Reservation matters. The Viejas Reservation has NO way of enforcement of
any LAW for Crimes except through the San Diego County Sheriffs
Department or the FBI.
In facy soem years back they got in sopme sort of sicuation with the
Sheriff and Banned the Deputies form the Reservation. The Sheriff just
Refused to take custody of anyone committing a crime on the reservation
They shortly realized they had Cut off their Nosed to Spite their Faces.

Their Soverenty is NOT absolute and they are not Truly Independent.
