I guess by leaving out some important data, I made things hard for all.
Here is what I am seeing when I look at file listings on the web side:

The descriptions of my files are coming out like this:

Name       | Size | Date     | Description
___________|______|__________|______________________________________________
BACKBONE.NA| 24263| 07-10-04 | Authorized Aug 01, 2004 Issue of BACKBONE
           |      |          | .NA
___________|______|__________|______________________________________________

Each line of the description is less than 40 characters long, even though the
ACTUAL descriptions are more than that.

I want to increase the descriptions so that they don't get chopped up like
this when they are more than 40 or so characters.
