Over this next week, I will be implementing a regular schedule of
rebangs... by accident tonight, my classic game was rebanged, so that is
the first of several. On New Year's Day, the games will be closed from
after BBS cleanup (10 am eastern) until they actually open for live play.
Games that rebang on January 1st can expect a rebang on March 1st unless
there is a demand for one sooner.

The A game, 5k sectors, 1K turns has no real edits to it. This game has
only the Ferrengi to deal with, and will rebang on March 1st unless there
is a demand for one sooner. From what I hear, Terra is nicely stocked. This
game is now open.

The B Game - the Sysop Returns - will be a special one opening on New
Year's Eve at noon eastern. Yes, I get to play this one, as people have
been asking where I have been. A couple of my members have sent in some
suggestions for settings. It will be 20K sectors, 2500 turns, and some
edits, but nothing too outrageous (I rarely do fast build planets or ultra
ships). The edits will be available ahead of time.. 

The C Game - Big D has graciously allowed us to host his Dungeons &
Dragons edits. This game is traditionally a large universe, large turn
game. I am open to suggestions on this one for turns... Opening on New
Year's Day at 10 am eastern.

The D Game is Topsy Turvy, and that is where I get to have some fun. Edits
can range from wild to mild and change every time, depending on my mood. I
do try to keep this one to 5K sectors and 1200 turns max. Rebangs on New
Year's Day at 10 am eastern.

The F game is a 10k sector game with edits. This game is a larger version
of Topsy Turvy, but does not change as much. Nice ships for reds, too. This
one will bang with MBBS settings on the first at 11 am eastern. 10k
sectors, 1500 turns is pretty standard for this one.

Also starting on the first will be Nyteview's first try at building a game,
based on Corporate America. This game is in final beta testing on edits. If
you want to test it out and give us your feedback, drop me a line

Stardock Omega is at hubtoo.com on port 23, behind a WorldGroup BBS
frontend. No dupes are permitted in any game at this time. If you share an
IP connection with anyone else, be smart and let me know ahead of time. You
do need to create a BBS account, and no, I don't care what you put in there
for your name or address. It is never shared with anyone anyway.

Over on Stardock Omega Prime, the standalone side, we still have League
Play (will someone kill that cheesy sysop already?) as well as Ender's
Galactic Chaos. Quiet Storm's Lucky 7 winds down on the first of January.
Ender did request that access to his game be open, so there are no
restrictions on having to pre-register for this game. Puffy and his corp
don't seem to have much competition there... I know you guys can make them
work for the win. Stardock Omega Prime is at hubbbs.com port 2002. You do
NOT want to log onto the BBS for this server.

No matter what holidays you observe, please be safe and return refreshed
