SM+This has been a VERY expensive summer for me. I've had to buy FOUR
+new props this year for my 28' Bayliner, all because I've hit
+obstructions under water in the bay. At a cost of $550 EACH (it has
+the Bravo II outdrive) I won't be able to afford my boat next year or
+else I'll have to be content to sit at the dock! :)
Ever heard of Insurance?
SM+Anyone know about stainless steel props? Advantages?
I sure do and I wouldn't have anything else...However when you do ding
one bad enough to fix it's pricey but well worth it.
BTW the prop on my bass boat retailed for $650...No I didn't..
but I did ding my spare Laser II and it cost $125 to repair.
