Assuming you're using QEdit, you should have in your Q directory
a program called QMAC.EXE. The command you want to execute is:
qmac xxxxx.mac xxxxx.txt /t
That will create xxxxx.txt from the binary .MAC file.
Chapter 3 of your QEdit manual contains a detailed section on
QMAC, including information on various other command-line switches to
control such things as the margins, indenting, and capitalization of the
output text file.
Of course all your jump labels will be output as things like
Label0, Label1, etc.
