Looks like a memory conflict.  Check your video driver - change it 
temporarily to a simple SVGA setting to see if the problem goes away or not.  
Also check your mouse/tablet drivers.  Also - are you running any third party 
addon programs?  C4 is VERY different than C3 was and many of them do not 
work properly.
Your dealer has the ability to call Autodesk directly on a 1-800 line to get 
the answer for you.  If he does not know then he should call Autodesk for you 
to get the answer.
