On 12-14-97, MARK FORNOFF declared to ROBERT PLETT:
MF> RP> Either way one slices it, your statement reveals a contempt for
MF> RP> Constitutional authority that is the very same as one sees only in
MF> RP> liberal/socialists anytime that document gets in their way.
MF>Just a thought here, Robert. Is Justin really showing a contempt for
MF>Constitutional authority?
Yes.
MF>I'm not sure, but it could be a way to force Congress to act w/o
MF>endless committees and commissions that spend money and accomplish
MF>nothing useful. If (the proposed action) is the right thing to do,
MF>that kind circumvention doesn't sound so bad.
Good grief, Mark! You've had WAY too much exposure to LIbErals - it's
corrupting you! You need to sit down with the Declaration and
Constitution and whatever else you can lay your hands on that sprang
from our Founding Fathers for a few hours and purge yourself of those
evil influences.
The Constitution established the Congress as the first branch of
government, the branch thru which our Founding Fathers intended We the
People govern, NOT criminal renegades working thru the courts in acts of
extortion against select groups of citizens.
