        This solution works not only in Quicken, but also in any
Windows program.  Open the window you want to move: click on the
"title bar" with left button, hold down and drag the window
until you can see the right and bottom, if that is what you want
to resize.  Turn loose the button, then move the pointer over the
border until it turns into a double headed pointer, click left
button and hold down, drag until border is resized to your
satisfaction, then repeat first step by moving entire window by
clicking on title bar and moving entire window until positioned
like you want it.
