Paul,
Call your provider.. They can tell ya what's needed..  My provider, Continet, 
comes from the local phone company here (aka Woodpecker Bell)..
There's no ISDN in my area & there involv'd in I-net for just over 6 months 
now.. They told me at the moment I would need a T1 line (big bucks) to get a 
static address..  :{
I know there's BBS's on I-Net, a friend of mine did it with a 28,8 USR 
modem.. I would think the only reliable info would be from your provider 
anyway..
I just wanted a static address for misc stuff s/a a QuickCam, I-Net phone & 
such..
