Last time I evaluated the number of rings to 346...
But this time I think I have empirical proof that there are 351
possible rings (in equal tonality 12). I could do the same thing for
other ET's.

You could try to find a way to calculate these without having to count
them all. For EQ24, for example. It would take hours if not years to
calculate in BASIC. :)
