Not only this. This is  a  complete  English version, i.e. docs, help
files, examples,  screen  outputs  and  mail  responses  are  all  in
English.

Sorry,  not yet. I'm just in touch with someone installing a homepage

BTW: Since 02-24-98 the current version is 1.10.
