German telekom offers a full ipv6 stack without any cost.
Also vodafone germany and vodafone cable offer a full featured ipv6 stack.
As far as I know, Spain Telefonica and France Telekom also ported their system
to IPv6 without any cost. AFAIK, if you want a ipv4 address, you have to pay a
extra fee with spain telekom.
An IPv4 stack is a dieing stack in central europe. ;-)

I guess, we are lucky to got some more us-bases in europe than three. Also some
canadian, australian, british, brasilian, argentinian fellows.
We got also a us/british/french/german fast reaction force.
Just for information.
Because of this all bases, carol got plenty of choices to move abroad. ;-)
Anyway, this stuff is offtopic, and I stuck my nose again inside some fidonet
source code and shut my mouth.
