Hi, All,
I am an adoptee, and I have developed health problems over the past few 
ears.
I also have a preteen daughter who may inherit these health problems.  The
doctors keep telling me that it would help a great deal if I knew the medical
history of my birth parents.
How do I do this?  How do I go about this without stirring up problems among
family members who prefer the past be kept in the past.  Is there a way a
doctor can get the medical records or history without my having to dig up too
much?
