I don't know....but with the problem with the batch file, it's possible
that things did not end up in a place where Irex could send them out.  It
appears that announcements and confirmation messages are being created.

Yes, sure has.....but who knows past that?

I'm going to run a few tests today and over the weekend...my bet is that
things are now working correctly.
