Well, all ibn flag specific stuff is in some way documentable.
But the document won't be understandable, because there are some very special
entrys inside the nodelist. All the exeptions make it hard to figure out a
proper ibn entry for a binkp compatible list.
Currently my nodelist-tool uses 23 select to figure out a simple ibn flag.
