Indeed. The bazzar produces things not because of its procedures, but in
spite of them.
Far too many development cycles wasted on worthless "vanity
junk", not enough spent on critical components and tools.
ex. Try using GDB. Its usability isn't much better than a 1981 vintage
DEBUG. Its truly a frustrating experience that make one yearn for the
primitive 1987 vintage CodeView 1.0. Those guys really need to take a UI
design lesson from Borland, Logitec, or even MS. TD is great, and
MultiScope wasn't bad either. GDB is technically capable of doing what you
need, but the presentation of information is flat out stoneage.
