Hmmm, and then New Zulland got it, and Australia tried to get it,
and the yacht broke in two and ended up on the bottom of Auckland
harbor ... I don't know where the cup is now. I just had a search;
looks like the Swiss won it from NZ, and will defend it next year
in Valencia, Spain - Switzerland doesn't have a lot of ocean to race
in :)

AFAIK, the World Cup is more popular than the Olympics, & probably
less expensive to host.
