When I last saw these, they cost around $45.  Much cheaper to use a hot
soldering iron instead (not a drill though, as the shavings end up inside
the diskette).  One further observation though, I converted 20-odd 720Kb
disks around a year ago, and every one has since failed.  With 1.44Mb
floppies now available anywhere for ~$5.50 per box of 10, I wouldn't bother
with unreliabe converted media.  It's not worth the risk.
