Was this guy at all violent?
Was he at all selling?

No, he was less than 1,000 feet from a day care center, (that's about
1/5th of mile from a place he probably didn't even KNOW about,) and had
he .6 of an ounce less pot, he would have been charged with a
misdemeanor.

35 years.

Yet if the same guy had 40 ounces of booze or malt liquor?
No charges.
