Fair enough So it's not the addiction part of it that makes smoking pot
illegal, so must be something  with its the the effect it has on  the
addicted person. What effect is that?  Being Lazy? Eating a lot? Clearly
it's not smart to suck hot smoke directly into the lungs because if it was,
tobacco smokers would be filling the prisons.
If we made every stupid thing humans do illegal, everything would be illegal.
Is it because it makes people insane?
In spike of how pot smokers are portrayed in the "reefer madness"
ask any LEO, they will tell you that they would much rather arrest a
pothead than a drunk because they are not violent.

So why should pot be illegal?
