Hello All!

Thanks to a very patient Dallas Hinton, the Echolist robot can now be
reached via Bink in addition to routed netmail and email.  Hopefully the
change will appear in the upcoming nodelist.

I'm also in the process of moving the Echolist web site to its own domain. 
It's there now, but the address hasn't propagated throughout the Internet
yet.

Both the current location and the new one has a contact page that sends
messages to three different addresses....should one be down, I should get
the message at the other two.

The numbering of the Echolist Archives will change this month to insure
that the file names better reflect the month and date of the year and can
be better sorted on a chronological basis.

And in my spare time.........................
