I want to thank you all for your input you all had really great points.
Just trying to put together a game everyone will enjoy.
Ok here is what I decided.
First week 100 per sector fed parking
Second Week 5 per sector fed parking
Third Week 3 per sector fed parking
Fourth week 3 per sector
after day 30 no free parking.
I came up with this for a few reasons.

1-I want to engineer the game to pick up in pace and action as the game
goes on. I want it to be alive and well all the way through day 60.

2-This may help some people, give a little extra room to get established.
Nothing like loosing your cash holder on day 8. Sometimes its a blow corps
never recover from. So the goal is to have more established corps in the
game as we enter the second month.

3-It may make the newer players feel better knowing they have lasted a few
weeks amoungst great players. A good reason they will return next year.

4-When it goes to zero the players that are more dedicated and inovative
will begin to take over by wiping out the non hackers at xtern. The people
who are serious will go find the scripts that are out there and never leave
themselves in a situation where xtern is overly dangerous. It will also
test corp awarness.
So all in all it may help to have a larger field fighting for points in the
final month. Maybe make it a closer game and more edge of your seat.
As you see I put alot of thought into this and have considered everyones
input carefully and thoughtfully. I am fully committed to making this game
fun and exciting for all who wish to play.
