      There is an option in XP that can allow/disallow daylight savings time,
why not make use of it?

      What I hate is that our benevolent provincial govt won't consider DST,
they claim that not using it gives teh farmers more daylight.  I'm yet to
see a farmer work according to the clock, it's more like sunrise to sunset
(and beyond).
