Oh, BTW, remember that there's the thing called FOSSIL, that's pretty
much a standard for serial communications in DOS, though many programs
snob such quiche-eater drivers. Heck, REAL programmers program
everything, down to the bone. :-)
Seriously, I am in favor of the use of FOSSIL, since a long time. The
above libraries are probably more door-oriented though; FOSSIL is about
plain communications and console.
