When my oldest grandson was about 5...Super Mario Brothers was becoming
popular (around 1990). He could do pretty good with it.


When he was about 9 or 10.....it was baseball and football, and wanting his
own shotgun for hunting. The Nintendo and all the add-on cartridges were
packed away, never to be used again.


My son probably wishes he had some of the money he spent on that Nintendo and
all its periphal equipment, cartridges, etc.
