I believe that you have a copy Paul.  The file is called CPPSTD.ZIP and can
be found in your standards area.  This is the most current version that has
been released for public comment by the ISO, although there have been two
more updates to the standard since the release of this version.  When an
updated version is released for public comment, I will forward you a copy.
