The T-4XB ran from roughly 15000 to 20000, so you have one of the last 
ones made.  The first T-4XC schematic is numbered 53173200181, which is 
5/31/73, s/n 20181, (assuming the draftsman tossed in an extra 0 when he 
made the drawing!)
