He said he went to a bar in DC one time and the hottest girl in the bar came over to him and started tickling him under the chin kinda thing... She then invited all her friends over... He said... The next thing her knew he was surrounded by a lot of hot girls fawning over him.

It's the Federal mechanism behind all this.  It's all the 3 letter agencies.  When they are asked to focus on an issue all of them walk in lock-step.
