Why is that?  I can't think of any easier way to deal with the mess that 
results from me adding/changing message areas between the time someone gets a 
QWK packet here and the time that they upload their reply.
One of the main reasons that prompted me to do this in the first place was a 
user who was posting for the very first time who wanted not to look like an 
idiot when his message went into the wrong conference.  At that time all I 
could do was log on locally and use the command myself,  to move the message. 
But I can't count on me being available and sitting here if the situation 
should arise again,  especially if it involves a whole pile of messages,  as 
I have a fair number of callers that only get in here on weekends.
