Mug shots are never complimentary.....but yea he looks like he's
been off his meds. Also notice he has some damage to his right
eye area. Best let the courts deal with it. I don't know what
the justice system is like in Miami but in Australia there is
a better understanding of bi-polar disorder than there was some 
time back. They may order some kind of medical supervision.

He did mention to me he was not taking all his meds because they
where becoming too expensive. He was going for long walks around 
a lake and said he was never feeling better. This is typical of 
the condition, the high comes before the fall.

At least he is in safe hands.
