Those are the default choices. I am not sure if it still works or not, but
I was able to go to startpage.com, click on a link, and then have it added
as my default search engine.

Maybe to be included as a default. Sounds like there is a way to add some
code to your page, like startpage did, to allow it to be added as a default.
