This reminds of something: I'm in the process of building my own search engine. I have a long way to go, but it's coming along nicely.
I wanted to set my search engine as the default search engine in Chrome, but I couldn't do it. It won't let me. My choices are Google, Bing, Yahoo, DuckDuckGo, and that's about it. And there's no "option to add" another one.
I wonder what they mean by "ensuring compliance measures?" Do newcomer search
engines need to comply with Google's community standards in order to be used with Chrome? (Sounds like it)
