Good idea! I'm going to start doing that, too! I've always wanted to, but 
just didn't want to freak the 'yahoo' out. Maybe that's just 'zackly what 
they need, though. I've made up a little poster on my CAD, that reminds folks 
to ride on the right, and I'm going to start putting them on little stakes, 
and sticking them along roads where I see people going the wrong way. All the 
car drivers will probably wonder what the little signs are that they can only 
see the backs of (chukkle!), but just maybe it'll get the wrong-way cyclists 
on the "right" track.
