Wayne had us thinking he was so frail, that we didnt presume to think jail

According to court documents, he has a record, 9 cases including this one,
2 appeared to have been dismissed.

If when arrested and in jail he spoke as irrationally to them as his
messages in Fidonet had been, he is probably being held because of some
mental state.
