Doesn't seem to be a problem to date. TimEd may *display* the date 
incorrectly, but it doesn't necessarily *store* it incorrectly.

There is at least a couple of replacements under way. Me, I have DCMail to 
worry about (DCMail is to mailers what winning a $100,000,000 lottery is to a 
homeless person as far as I'm concerned :-) Oh, it's still in the design 
phase at the moment, yet to work on the actuall programming phase.
