Eh? 10Base2 is generally /less/ reliable than 10BaseT - if one node goes
down, T-piece comes disconnected, terminator goes dud, the whole thinnet
segment goes down.
10BaseT doesn't have that.

Arcnet is very robust. It's not inherently unreliable.
Although it's 2.5mbits, increasing the speed to 10mbits ethernet won't give a
4x speed increase, because of the greater efficiency of the modified token
ring protocol Arcnet uses.
