I was very active on BBSs in the 90s too, only took me a year to get the bug to
be a sysop, and I started my own board.  Was involved until the late 90s, when
the BBS closed, though my own point system lasted until 2001, as it was an
Internet gateway, and got more of its content via email and Usenet as time went
by.
