I have a theory of what happened during the deliberations on the Penny case.

They did deliberate for a few days and then came out as a hung jury.  I think they wanted to find him not guilty, they new this in the first 5 minutes of deliberating... BUT they didn't want to be responsible for the BLM and Liberal backlash... Sooooo They come out as hung and the judge calls a mistrial, everyone goes home and no one dies...

But wait there's more... AG/DA/Judge are political and corrupt... they send the jury back in to consider a lesser charge... they all look at each other and say not guilty.

I was not there, this is my read... and my Spidie-Senses kicking in.
