I can testify that You (Joe) seldom gets mad because when I met You some
months ago, You tolerated me very well.

Of course having my Wife standing guard as we talked may have helped You
control yourself (some).   

As I read Your post it made me remember one day a Machinist at one of the
places I worked at told me that the Payroll Office asked him to cash some
of his payroll checks because it was messing up their book keeping.

The man told me he didn't need the money but he worked because he wanted to.
When he got a paycheck he put it with the others they gave him until he
wanted to cash a bunch of them at the bank.
