That's one of the features my callers request the most, as well as
paging a particular node from the main menu.  They're both possible, but
not without some heavy MEX coding.  In the case of the message browser,
you'd have to write your own browser entirely.
It's a shame, as I've added a "N"ew message scan command to the main
menu to replace a similar command in the software we used previous to
Maximus.  It's just a macro to Browse Tagged areas for New messages.
A P)revious message command in the browse would be welcomed, too.
