Either ./configure or make build or make install lists the .tar.gz file
name that's needed (and not the .tar.gz contents aren't yet in the CVS
tree).  I don't remember off the top of my head the file name.  If I
remember right, the .tar.gz file is one of the two listed on the
maximus.sourceforge.net web site.
