The majority of Americans who can vote don't.  The beliefs held by the 
majority of people aren't necessarily the belifs of the majority of voters.
When Dianne Fienstien votes down laws for the rest of us to keep and bear 
arms, but she still has her permit and armed body guards, how can you say
