Hey, Phil,

Not to offend or start a row, but I run an EleWeb system, and still have
DOZENS of questions.

I would like a separate echo for EleWeb. That way those of you who do not
care for it would not have to put up with off topic messages.

I don't know about gating or anything like that, but I'd like to see
several new echoes opened up (some old ones that have been dropped,
actually)
