 Please be aware that not all BSO supporting software use the same number
 system for the zone number in the outbound suffix. There may be those that
 use decimal, other conclude that while the lead number is 0 it is octal and
 I think I have seen hexadecimal as well.

 If e.g. your tosser uses octal and your mailer uses hexadecimal, you will
 have to have two names point to the same directory.

 On the otherhand I think that in Binkd you can force directory names for
 zones. So you can force it to the notation your tosser chooses.
