I have hatched a new version of PQWK to the PDOMAIN TIC echo.

2.60 Tried compiling under some other OS/2 compilers.  Can't
     remember whether they worked or not, but I had to make
     some minor changes.  The main reason for touching it at all
     was to stop PQWK generating an address in the header based
     on an origin line in the message.  The problem was that users
     were importing messages which had an origin line, and it was
     screwing up the address something fierce.
