I have a downlink who is having problems with the inbound log file.
The problem is that it does not exist.  I have gone over his
configuration, and it is pretty much set up as mine, and yet mine
works.  Michiel offered one explanation a while ago, but that did not
fix the problem  He is running XP on the machine.

Anybody have any idea??
