I have a 14" Acer 33 SVGA monitor here that blows the 3 amp fuse.
Otherwise (Cosmetically) it is in New condition.
Could be a small (inexpensive) problem or it could be an other story.
Its definitley good for spare parts in any case.
It is Free to a good home IF you pay the freight or pick it up.
